Founded to close the gap between specification and reality.
For too long, hotel rooms in Southeast Asia have been specified with one set of intentions and delivered with another — controls cobbled together from incompatible suppliers, energy systems that never quite talk to the PMS, and a punch list that lingers months past handover.
Proximiteq exists to fix that. By partnering exclusively with Archi-tronics — a Bangkok-based manufacturer that designs, builds and supports its own controllers — we deliver one accountable team from the first design conversation to the final commissioning report. No finger-pointing, no integration surprises, no orphaned hardware.
Our founder, John Tao, has spent his career at the intersection of hospitality operations and building technology. The conviction that drives Proximiteq is simple: every guest deserves a room that just works, and every owner deserves a system that pays for itself.

Proximiteq holds the exclusive distribution rights across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines — which means our regional clients deal with a single point of accountability, backed by direct factory engineering.
