What information do you need to scope a project?+
A property name and address, approximate key count, project stage (concept / DD / tender / construction), and any existing PMS or BMS we should integrate with. Floorplans are helpful but not required.
Do you supply only — or do you commission as well?+
Both. We hold inventory regionally, ship factory-tested controllers, and our engineers (or trusted local partners) commission on-site. We stay engaged through handover and post-opening tuning.
Can you work with our existing PMS / BMS?+
Yes. Archi-tronics speaks BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, and has tested adapters for the major PMS platforms (Opera, Mews, Protel, Cloudbeds and others). We'll confirm specifics during scoping.
What's a typical engagement timeline?+
Discovery to indicative architecture: 1–2 weeks. Detailed specification and BOQ: 2–4 weeks depending on scope. Hardware lead-time from Bangkok: typically 6–10 weeks. Commissioning aligned with main contractor programme.
